music shipment GONE WILD!!
Ok so as most of you know I recently purchased a huge $1,000 VSTi package which consists of 8 crazy awesome music programs that are used in almost every movie you have seen in the last 5 years. This is going to be AWESOME for our game.
I recently received an email from FedEx saying that it was on it's way to AFGHANISTAN!! I was shocked I could NOT BELIEVE what my eyes were reading. I live in China and it is kinda hard to mix that up with Afghanistan...
...anyways! I quickly figured out how to contact the customer support (that was another nightmare that I will not get into) and I received and email asking me to fill out my address again. I thought to myself, "Ok. This is reasonable. There was a mistake and this is to double confirm they have the right address this time".
I filled it out and got another email from FedEx saying that it was on its way. This time the country was correct. I sighed with relief and sat back.
But then I noticed...
THEY GOT MY UNIT NUMBER WRONG!!! I sent back an email explaining thus so (i even underlined different things and put words in bold to 100% make myself clear) and they replied with a, "Could you please re-fill out your address?". I told them that all my information is in the emails I sent and there are no mistakes in the information I gave and that they could go back and read them to get the correct address without anymore mix-ups. They replied INSISTING that I fill out my address again.
I don't need to tell you the frustration I was feeling at that point. However I took any self-control I had left and filled it out one more time.
I do hope the next FedEx email I get has everything correctly filled in this time.
